May 28 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Webinar Title: Real Talk: Men’s Mental Health Disparities and the Stigmas Holding Us Back

Date and Time: May 28, 2026, from 6-7pm EST

Format: 45‑minute guided conversation followed by a 15‑minute audience Q+A.

Intended Audience: This webinar is free and open to all individuals interested in advancing mental health equity, including healthcare professionals, public health advocates, community leaders, students, and members of the general public.

Webinar Description: This session is a real conversation about men’s mental health, the disparities that shape outcomes, and the stigmas that keep too many men silent. Through a guided dialogue, the discussion will explore the pressures men carry, the cultural and generational expectations that influence help seeking, and the lived experiences that often go unspoken. The conversation will blend personal insight, prepared questions, and audience engagement to create an open space for understanding what men are facing today and for advancing equity in this area. The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to Q+A.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the individual‑level factors that shape men’s mental health experiences.
  • Understand the organizational and systemic contributors to mental health disparities among men.
  • Apply insights from the conversation to advance equity in how we talk with and support men.

Presenters: Dr. Gary Taylor and Bryant Harvin
