March's Message from Our Founder & CEO

Recognition, Momentum, and a Season of Rising Leadership

March has been a month of progress and continuous momentum for NAEHD. I am honored to share that in January, I have been selected as a finalist for the 2026 RISE Trailblazer Award, which celebrates an individual who has significantly improved the lives of America’s seniors by introducing groundbreaking ideas, driving transformative change, and setting an inspiring example of courage, creativity, and determination. I was also advanced to the next stage of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Entrepreneur of Impact program. This advancement places NAEHD’s mission on a national platform and includes the opportunity to appear in an Entrepreneur Magazine advertorial, receive a one on one mentoring session with Daymond John, and compete for a significant cash award. These recognitions reflect the growing visibility of my work with NAEHD and the strength of the communities we serve.

Additionally, I will be attending RISE National in Orlando from March 23 to March 25. This gathering brings together leaders from across the country who are shaping the future of healthcare quality, equity, and innovation. It will be an opportunity to share NAEHD’s work, strengthen partnerships, and continue positioning our Alliance within national conversations that matter.

Internally, we continue to build upon the systems and structures that support long term impact. Our membership tools are evolving with our new transition to Salesforce. Additionally, our educational offerings and platforms are expanding with the integration of our new Learning Management System unwavering commitment to long-term sustainability

As we move further into 2026, we’re finalizing our strategic plan with your input. We will continue strengthening our foundation, elevating lived experience of those impacted the most, and advancing equity in every space we enter. Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are demonstrating that the Alliance can influence change on the local, state, and national levels.

Sincerely,

Bryant Harvin
NAEHD Founder & Chief Executive Officer
