December Message from Our Founder & CEO
Presence, Partnerships, and the Power of Voice
This season has been one of presence and positioning. I am honored to share that I
have been appointed and installed to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Rural Health Association, with my term beginning January 1, 2026. This role strengthens NAEHD’s voice in advancing rural health equity statewide and reflects the growing recognition of our national movement. Over the past two months, we have delivered three successful education programs and exhibited at both the Maryland and Virginia Rural Health Association conferences. These opportunities allowed us to connect directly with communities, partners, and leaders, reinforcing the importance of collaboration at the local, state, and national level. Our website continues to evolve, with new pages, member‑only features, and now a blog section designed to share insights and amplify voices across our Alliance. Each update is a step toward building a digital home that reflects our values and supports meaningful engagement. Looking ahead, 2026 is already shaping up to be a jam‑packed year of growth, advocacy, and impact. We look forward to sharing more milestones as we continue to build with clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to equity.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are proving that when diverse
voices unite, change is not only possible, it is inevitable.
In solidarity,
Bryant Harvin
NAEHD Founder & Chief Executive Officer
