Dr. Dale J. Block, MD, MBA, DABFM, is a board-certified family physician and esteemed healthcare executive and leader with over 40 years of experience across diverse clinical and administrative settings,
Dr. Block earned his Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) in Biology from The Ohio State University in 1982, followed by his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Ohio in 1987. He completed two years of general surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, before completing his family medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, in 1991. In pursuit of advanced leadership, governance, and management skills, Dr. Block earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2016.
In addition to his extensive clinical and administrative credentials, Dr. Block has made notable contributions to the healthcare field as the author of multiple books, peer-reviewed articles, and scientific abstracts. His career exemplifies a lifelong dedication to advancing patient-centered care, driving innovation in integrated healthcare delivery, tackling emerging public health challenges, and promoting health equity to eliminate disparities and ensure quality care for all.

Robyn Veazie, DHSc, LMHC

Robyn Veazie, DHSc, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor and dedicated trauma-focused clinician with extensive experience serving children, adolescents, and families impacted by abuse, violence, and complex trauma. She holds a Doctor of Health Science degree from Bay Path University, where she graduated with distinction, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Robyn is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), holds advanced cultural competency certification, and has built a career grounded in evidence-based practice and inclusive, community-centered care.
Throughout her work with organizations including Safe Space Counseling Services, Handel Behavioral Therapy, and Berkshire County Kids’ Place, Robyn has provided high-volume outpatient therapy, clinical evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and community education. Her professional contributions include outreach on the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children, school-based collaboration, and interagency coordination with child protective services, district attorneys, and medical providers.
Robyn is a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society and has experience in program development and cross-sector collaboration. As both a practitioner and leader, she is deeply committed to advancing equitable access to health services, integrating cultural humility into care, and strengthening trauma-informed resources for underserved communities.
Michael Savelli, MBA

With over fifteen years of executive-level experience in financial and operational leadership at nonprofit organizations as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, including the American Payroll Institute, the American Psychiatric Association (APA), and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Michael brings a proven record of fiscal stewardship, strategic planning, and board engagement. During his time at nonprofits, he has managed complex budgets, overseen audit and organizational compliance efforts, and developed and presented financial reports directly to the board.
In addition to his financial expertise, Michael has led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and designed member strategies that grew participation and strengthened engagement for APA and AAAS. he has a deep respect for the NAEHD's mission to eliminate health disparities in all communities and is excited to contribute his time and effort to the organization. Having grown up in rural western Pennsylvania, he experienced firsthand the impact of limited access to care and remains committed to improving policies and strategies that lead toward better health outcomes for rural communities.
Donna Harvin-Graham, MBA, PMP

Donna Harvin-Graham is a strategic leader, patient advocate, and systems thinker who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the work of advancing health equity. She currently serves as Director of Financial Processes and Systems at the American Psychological Association, where she leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on financial governance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Donna holds a Master of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a business concentration from The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Emory University, and multiple certifications in agile methodologies.
Beyond her professional work, Donna is deeply committed to patient-centered care and community advocacy. She serves on the Patient Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Sarcoidosis Center, the Ambulatory Patient and Family Advisory Council at INOVA, and as a patient navigator with the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research. As someone living with multiple rare, multisystem health conditions, she brings firsthand insight into the emotional and systemic challenges patients face—and works to ensure those voices are heard and valued.
Donna’s approach is rooted in humility, emotional intelligence, and a belief that real change happens when systems are designed with—not just for—the people they serve. Her work at NAEHD reflects that commitment: fostering trauma-informed partnerships, amplifying lived experience, and helping organizations move from intention to impact.

Dr. Adrian Springfield is a seasoned behavioral health executive and social work leader with over 16 years of experience in clinical operations, strategic planning, and organizational development. She has dedicated her career to advancing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services and promoting health equity, with a focus on reducing disparities in underserved communities.
Dr. Springfield has held executive leadership roles overseeing multi-site operations, guiding program development, and leading cross-functional teams in residential, outpatient, and community-based behavioral health settings. Her expertise spans strategic growth, clinical innovation, operational efficiency, and quality improvement, consistently delivering measurable outcomes for the organizations she serves.
A recognized thought leader in behavioral health, Dr. Springfield has spearheaded initiatives that strengthen organizational capacity, enhance clinical outcomes, and foster sustainable growth. She is known for cultivating collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and policymakers to design programs that are both impactful and scalable.
Dr. Springfield holds a PhD in Social Work from Walden University and possesses advanced expertise in clinical leadership and healthcare management. Her educational foundation, combined with extensive executive experience, equips her to navigate complex organizational challenges and advance innovative solutions in behavioral health.
As a board member of the National Alliance on Ending Health Disparities (NAEHD), Dr. Springfield is committed to supporting the organization’s mission to empower individuals, healthcare professionals, and decision makers through research, education, and advocacy initiatives that eliminate health disparities in all communities. She is passionate about promoting health equity, advancing workforce development, and championing evidence-informed practices that improve the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities nationwide.

Bryant is a seasoned, mission-driven leader with a decade of experience serving the non-profit sector across a variety of fields, including Communication Sciences & Disorders, Pharmacy, Counseling, and Early Childhood Education. His work in these fields reflects his deep commitment to advancing professional practice and creating lasting change in the communities he serves.
With deep expertise in accreditation, adult education, and program & project management, Bryant has successfully led strategic national and state-level initiatives that have elevated standards of these professions, improved learning outcomes, and advanced innovation across the non-profit sector.
NAEHD was founded through the lived experiences of Bryant and his family. It stands as an inclusive approach to bring together diverse stakeholders committed to ending health disparities under one mission.
Outside of his work, Bryant enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with family, and hanging out with his vibrant dog-niece, Teddi, the cutest Yorkie-Bichon you'll ever meet!
