DESCRIPTION:Title: Health issues prevalent among young college-age students \nDate: Sep 24\, 2026\, 7 pm Eastern Time \nFormat: 45-minute guided conversation followed by a 15-minute audience Q & A \nIntended Audience: This webinar is free and open to all individuals interested in learning more about student health and health issues addressed in the college environment. \nWebinar description: This session is a real conversation about the physical and psychosomatic presentations seen on a daily basis at a university Student Health Center. The presenter will highlight the different levels of engagement\, compliance\, and disparities noted among the student population. Through a guided dialogue\, the discussion will explore the physical and psychological barriers and behaviors (both sensory and sexual) resulting in a proliferation of student treatments. The conversation will include quantitative and qualitative experiences\, prepared questions\, and audience engagement to create an open space to understand health decision-making facing the young college population.
